ARC are recruiting for an experienced Plumber to work on a 4-month contract with a well-established M&E contractor in Cambridge. This role will be based on a large HMO site, offering consistent work for the duration of the project.
Plumber Requirements
- NVQ in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Valid CSCS / JIB Card
- Previous experience working on HMO or residential projects
- Ability to carry out both installation and maintenance works
- Own tools and full PPE

- Installation of plumbing systems within HMO properties
- Working to current building regulations and health & safety standards
- Liaising with site management and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
- Providing a high standard of workmanship across all tasks
