ARC are recruiting for an experienced Plumber to work on a 4-month contract with a well-established M&E contractor in Cambridge. This role will be based on a large HMO site, offering consistent work for the duration of the project.

Plumber Requirements

  • NVQ in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
  • Valid CSCS / JIB Card
  • Previous experience working on HMO or residential projects
  • Ability to carry out both installation and maintenance works
  • Own tools and full PPE

Plumber Job Duties

  • Installation of plumbing systems within HMO properties
  • Working to current building regulations and health & safety standards
  • Liaising with site management and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Providing a high standard of workmanship across all tasks
