About the Company
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor, delivering high-quality projects across the construction sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Intermediate Project Manager to support ongoing and upcoming project works.
The Role
As an Intermediate Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of M&E projects from inception through to completion. You will work closely with senior project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of M&E projects
- Support programme management, cost control, and procurement activities
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor site progress and assist with reporting
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
- Support project documentation, variations, and project close-out
About You
- Experience within Construction or M&E is highly desirable but not essential
- Candidates with strong project management or project works experience from other sectors will also be considered
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop a long-term career in project management
