As part of our service offering, our Legal Expenses Insurance (LEI) team manages customer claims with care, clarity and a focus on fair outcomes. We’re looking for a Trainee Claims Advisor to join our team based out of our Colchester office on a hybrid basis.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing and assessing new claims and gathering key information
- Interpreting policy wording and evaluating whether claims are covered
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email with clarity and empathy
- Investigating details and applying fair judgement in line with guidance
- Managing your own caseload and maintaining accurate records
- Working across multiple systems to ensure an efficient claims journey
What We’re Looking For
