The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to manage and grow long‑term relationships with existing clients. This is a commercially focused, consultative role, responsible for partnership strategy, scheme performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance and grow existing business. You’ll play a key role in shaping partnership strategy, acting as a trusted adviser to clients and ensuring our propositions continue to deliver strong commercial outcomes for both Arc Legal and our partners.
- Manage and develop strategic affinity insurance partnerships

About You: Proven experience managing Affinity Insurance partnerships (essential). Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and deliver growth opportunities. Demonstrable experience managing senior stakeholders and long‑term client relationships. Confident, credible communicator, comfortable operating at partner and executive level. Experience within ancillary insurance sales or distribution is desirable but not essential.
