We are now entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive our continued success. This role can be based remotely within the UK and will play a key part in expanding our distribution network and increasing revenue.
The role
As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on identifying and securing new business across our insurer, broker and MGA distribution channels. You will promote our full range of ancillary products and services, identifying and building strong, long‑term partnerships and contribute directly to Arc Legal Group's income growth strategy.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Proven B2B sales experience within the insurance sector
- A strong track record of delivering against ambitious revenue targets
- Confidence engaging with brokers, insurers and MGAs
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- The ability to work independently in a remote, field‑based role
- Legal expenses insurance or other ancillary lines (desirable, but not essential - full product training provided)
