Permanent position in Brighton, East Sussex with a salary of up to £65k plus bonus and benefits.

Mid-Level Developer required for our client, a tech-driven, award-winning company based in Brighton. The role involves working as part of a wider team including other Back End and Front End engineers, DevOps, Product Managers, and UX Designers. Initially, about 60% of your role will be working on VB.NET, but over time, as Legacy software is upgraded, you will be working on more C# and .NET Core applications.

Requirements include the following:

  • VB.NET required to work on Legacy software
  • C# and .NET Core
  • SQL (ideally MS SQL Server)
  • Unit Testing
  • Software Architecture best practices (SOLID, Design Patterns)
  • APIs (REST and/or SOAP)
  • Visual Studio/Code, Postman (or similar), Git

Hybrid working in Brighton. Easily accessible from Brighton Station and local bus links. You will be required to work in the office 2-3 days a week.
