Trade Floor Support Associate required to join vibrant quant trading platform of international bank. We are looking for an Excel expert with a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for high-pressure, fast-paced environments. This role will suit you if you thrive on solving complex issues and supporting dynamic trading operations.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless trading operations by providing technical support to traders, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining critical systems., * Provide hands-on support for Excel-based workflows, troubleshooting issues, managing add-ins, and handling quant library installations.

Trace and resolve complex Excel formula issues and workflows to ensure operational efficiency.

Work with real-time data feeds, including market data, Bloomberg (BBG), Risk/Pvs, and Trade Blotter systems.

Collaborate with traders to understand their challenges, identify solutions, and communicate progress clearly and effectively.

Liaise with IT teams to articulate and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to trading activities.

Use your knowledge of financial instruments (Futures, Swaps, Cross-Currency Swaps, FX Forwards) to support trading operations.
