A well-established financial services organisation in the City is looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to take ownership of delivery across a growing business applications function. This is a newly defined role, built specifically around applications delivery. The firm runs a modern Microsoft Stack including Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric and Azure Integration Services, and you will be responsible for driving delivery across these platforms end to end, spanning internal and external development pods.
You will sit at the centre of the function, matrix managing delivery across a number of individuals, line managing the QA Lead, and working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure work flows predictably from planning through to release.
Key Requirements:- A solid background in applications delivery who lives and breathes Agile.
- A Scrum Master certification or equivalent is ideally what they want to see; not just as a badge but as evidence that you genuinely work this way.
- You will have strong Agile discipline day to day, experience with DevOps tooling and reporting, and a track record of organising development teams and getting the best out of them.
- Banking or financial services experience useful but not essential.
This is an Assistant Director level position with real scope to grow as the application suite expands.
