ARC Group Ipswich are looking for a driven, organised and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Ipswich office. You do not need previous recruitment experience — full training will be provided. What matters most is attitude, urgency, resilience, and someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be heavily involved in sourcing candidates, filling bookings, supporting clients, handling compliance and payroll, and managing the day-to-day needs of HGV drivers and other temporary workers. If you’re someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and can think on your feet, we want to hear from you.

What the role involves:

  • Resourcing and interviewing new candidates
  • Filling bookings across multiple areas
  • Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
  • Daily communication with HGV drivers and temporary workers
