Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will support a key business project by implementing technology to enhance service offerings. You will collaborate with technology teams, stakeholders, and delivery groups to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide documented insights for system enhancements across the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and map current/future processes.
