We are working with a globally recognised financial services company to hire an experienced QA professional into a newly defined role sitting at the heart of their application delivery function. You will be working on their enterprise CRM and as such has experience in a similar role.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Owning the end-to-end test strategy across all applications and integrations within their technology landscape
  • Planning, executing and signing off testing across releases, enhancements and platform changes
  • Leading integration and data flow testing, ensuring upstream and downstream system behaviour is validated before anything reaches production
  • Producing audit-ready test evidence that satisfies internal governance and regulatory standards
  • Managing relationships with external QA partners and coordinating testing resource across delivery cycles
  • Acting as the voice of quality in release decisions - communicating risk clearly to both technical teams and senior business stakeholders

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years' hands‑on QA and regression testing experience within SaaS, CRM or enterprise platform environments (Experience with Dealcloud desirable but not essential)
  • Demonstrable post go-live BAU experience, including enhancements, bug fixes and integration releases
  • Strong integration and data flow testing capability, including workflow and permissions validation
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent test and defect management tooling
  • Financial services background is a bonus.
