Talented PMO Lead sought by ever growing, highly successful insurance group operating in the London Market . They have beautiful offices in the City of London, offer great base salaries and operate a hybrid working model.
You will be working closely with the Head of Change & Change Team to support delivery of the transformation and alignment of our client’s portfolio of change to company strategy, regulatory/mandatory requirements and desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the portfolio prioritisation framework and work closely with Head of Change and business stakeholders to ensure the portfolio remains aligned to business priorities and can clearly articulate impacts
- Working closely with the Change Leadership team to ensure the portfolio integrated roadmap and transition phases of the transformation has the correct and desired inputs
- Navigating the phases of transformation by setting up plans, aligning resources
- Engaging the right subject matter experts and facilitating the core programme activities and setting up a robust PMO function to help in the delivery of change projects/transformations.
Key Skills:
- Extensive London Market Insurance experience
- Experience of setting up a small PMO office within a Lloyds environment
- Comprehensive understanding of the Lloyd’s Principles for Doing Business.
- Understanding of business strategy and the work of the other departments within the organisation.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and working groups from and across multiple parts of the business to deliver strategic objectives in accordance with set deadlines
- Insurance sector transformation: Experience delivering Change or Transformation to Insurance clients, utilising a deep understanding of sector-specific context and challenges to support clients deliver change
