Rate of pay: Paye £17.90ph or Umbrella £24.48ph + company vehicle provided

Are you a Multi Skilled Operative looking for work? ARC are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative. For this position, you must have the following experience in:

  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Tiling
  • Plastering
  • Bricklaying
  • Fencing
  • Flooring
  • Groundworks

The type of work will involve:

  • Deliver reactive maintenance and repairs within occupied properties
  • Complete standard repairs within a 30-day timeframe
  • Respond to emergency callouts within 24 hours
  • Carry out void property works to bring homes up to lettable standard
  • Work efficiently across a high-volume housing portfolio

You must have previous proven experience in social housing.

Hours vary: 8am–4pm or 8:30am–5pm, with 3:30 finish Fridays (37 hours/week)
