The role sits between the business and technology delivery, covering requirements definition, solution evaluation, and ongoing ownership of applications post-delivery. What you will be doing:
- Build relationships across the business and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology
- Act as senior escalation point for IT issues beyond standard support channels
- Support technology initiatives across the business, from small fixes to major cross-divisional projects
- Ensure applications and solutions are delivered in line with group methodology, with proper governance and reporting
- Produce annual reporting on software licence usage, ensuring right-sized subscriptions
- Act as business analyst on selected projects, ensuring solutions meet business needs and align with architecture, security and governance standards
- Ensure application support is fit for purpose, with proper handover and clear support arrangements, whether in-house or third-party
- Own documentation, delivery oversight and periodic review of applications, new and existing

- Experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Application Management or Technology Consulting
- A track record of working closely with business stakeholders, not just technical teams
- Strong Agile literacy
- Vendor and third-party management experience
- Excellent communication skills
