A well-established, highly prestigious and globally recognised organisation is looking for an Enterprise Integration Tech Lead to join their technology team and lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will set technical direction, contribute to delivery, and work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to build integrations that are scalable, secure, and resilient.
What you will be doing:
- Leading the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions across Azure, covering Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, Logic Apps, and RESTful APIs.
- Driving best practices for event-driven, message-based, and API-led architectures, while mentoring the team and ensuring delivery meets enterprise standards for performance and reliability.
What we are looking for:
- Solid hands-on experience building enterprise integration solutions in Azure.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns: synchronous, asynchronous, pub/sub, orchestration.
- Experience with event-driven, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automated testing experience.
- Development background in .NET/C# or equivalent.
- Ability to lead a technical team while remaining close to the code.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with non-technical stakeholders.
- Power Platform experience is a plus.
