Reporting to the CTO, you'll lead an engineering organisation of up to 20 people, shaping the engineering roadmap while creating a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement.
As Head of Engineering, you'll be responsible for leading the engineering function, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives and developing a high-performing engineering culture.
Working closely with Product, Architecture and senior business stakeholders, you'll translate business priorities into engineering outcomes while championing modern engineering practices and Agile ways of working.
- Lead, mentor and develop an engineering organisation of up to 20 people.
