This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of a major enterprise digital estate working across global websites, analysing product performance and user behaviour, and generating insights that directly inform product strategy and decision-making.
You'll sit at the intersection of data and product, working in a fast-paced, iterative Agile environment alongside Product Owners, UX, Platform, and SEO teams.
- Analysing product performance, user behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
- Conducting research and data analysis to produce actionable, evidence-based recommendations
- Tracking and reporting on product KPIs, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
- Helping define product success metrics and evaluation frameworks
- Supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning through data-driven insight
- Co-creating the backlog with the Product Owner - writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Maintaining high-quality product and process documentation
- Conducting post-release analysis to measure impact against expected outcomes
- Supporting UAT and release validation
- Participating in Agile ceremonies and championing best practice around accessibility, GDPR, and regulatory compliance
Proven experience as a Product Owner/ Analyst, ideally within digital products or web analytics.
A knack for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile ways of working.
Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and A/B testing.
Exposure to user testing methods and applying findings to improve products.
