Highly prestigious city-based financial services company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / PM to lead a high-profile Client Software Onboarding Transformation programme. This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading firm spearheading the redesign of their global onboarding operating model, running a full vendor selection process, and overseeing implementation of a new onboarding technology platform.
You'll sit at the intersection of business transformation, regulatory onboarding, process excellence, and technology delivery - working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to harmonise onboarding practices, strengthen governance, and enable future automation.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a global software / client onboarding transformation programme, including project plans, governance, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
- Lead workshops to define business requirements and drive business process re-engineering.
- Own the end-to-end RFP/RFI process for onboarding software vendors - from evaluation criteria and scoring through to vendor negotiation and business case sign-off.
- Manage implementation of the selected onboarding platform from requirements through to go-live, partnering with Technology, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Information Security.
Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Business Transformation and ideally some project management experience.
- A strong track record delivering large-scale operational transformation programmes.
- Significant experience in financial services.
- Experience within client onboarding, KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence, or Client Lifecycle Management.
- Experience implementing enterprise software solutions end-to-end.
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and requirements-gathering skills.
- Ability to work closely with the business at all levels.
