Digital Content Executive is required to join a dynamic and innovative digital experience team at a global insurance organisation. This team supports over 80 websites on a global basis. This role will see you working closely with a talented cross-functional team including developers, UX/UI designers, and digital marketers, managing service tickets, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing the digital experience. What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the digital service desk (ServiceNow) and coordinating day-to-day site updates and bug fixes.
- Handling BAU content and structural changes via a Drupal CMS.
- Briefing developers on more technical site issues and managing resolutions.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver updates and manage expectations.
- Testing and assuring quality of updates and web changes.
- Ensuring adherence to brand and compliance standards.
- Coordinating tasks using Azure Boards.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years in a digital content, web production, or digital operations role.
- Hands-on experience with a CMS (preferably Drupal) and basic HTML editing.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot website issues using inspection tools.
- Background in digital content creation and optimisation.
- Familiarity with Adobe tools for image and video editing.
- Comfortable using analytics tools like Google Analytics for data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to B2B/B2C digital environments and international brands is a plus.
