A CRM Platform Manager ideally with a background in Salesforce is sought by an investment banking business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience managing CRM platforms - Salesforce - in a Financial Services environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle, data management, and migration processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
