A CRM Platform Manager with a background in DealCloud or Salesforce is sought by a prestigious investment banking business. You will be an expert in CRM platforms and data management, ideally with a strong grasp of financial services business processes. This role will join the applications team and play a key role in managing and optimising their DealCloud CRM system and its integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the DealCloud platform, ensuring seamless functionality and troubleshooting issues.
- Support system integrations and monitor application performance.
- Manage data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with Investment Bankers, Operations, Business Support, and IT teams to tailor DealCloud to business needs.
- Drive a modern IT Change & Release process for the platform.
- Deliver ongoing user training and support to ensure platform proficiency.
- Stay ahead of emerging technology trends to enhance platform capabilities.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing CRM platforms – either DealCloud or Salesforce – in an Investment Banking or Financial Services environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, data management, and migration processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
