CRM Platform Manager, DealCloud / Salesforce London / Hybrid £highly competitive with bonus and bens CRM, DealCloud OR Salesforce CRM Platform Manager ideally with a background in DealCloud or Salesforce is sought by prestigious investment banking business. You will be an expert in CRM platforms and data management ideally with a strong grasp of financial services business processes. This role will join the applications team and play a key role in managing and optimising their DealCloud CRM system and its integrations. Support system integrations and monitor application performance. Manage data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Deliver ongoing user training and support to ensure platform proficiency. Proven experience managing CRM platforms – either DealCloud or Salesforce – in an Investment Banking or Financial Services environment. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, data management, and migration processes. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Investment Banking best practices and regulatory requirements.
