A well-established financial services organisation are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to take end-to-end ownership of delivery across a growing Business Applications function. This is a newly defined, Exec level role focused specifically on applications delivery and execution excellence.
You will be responsible for driving delivery across these platforms, ensuring predictable flow from planning through to release across both internal teams and external development partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple development pods (internal and external)
- Ensure strong governance of delivery, from sprint planning through to release and production readiness
- Oversee DevOps reporting, ensuring transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement in delivery metrics
- Work closely with business stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout delivery cycles
- Support the scaling of the applications function as the platform and portfolio continue to grow
- Proven experience in a Technology or applications delivery lead role
- Strong, hands-on background in Agile delivery environments
- Deep understanding of DevOps tooling and reporting
- Experience delivering within the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Integration Services etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both technical and business audiences
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile certification highly desirable
- Experience within financial services is advantageous but not essential
