We're looking for a Business Analyst with deep insurance experience to support a major transformation programme at a leading financial services organisation. This role focuses on Claims and Reinsurance, but also spans Underwriting, Finance, and Actuarial functions.

You'll bridge business and IT, working closely with tech teams to shape solutions that deliver operational improvements and meet complex regulatory requirements.

Key experience:
  • Insurance sector knowledge – London Market, Lloyd’s, or general insurance
  • Expertise in Claims, Outwards Reinsurance, and regulatory compliance (e.g. Solvency II, GDPR)
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, UAT, and business case development
  • Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Familiar with software development cycles, data analysis, and system integrations

Hybrid working (3+ days onsite)

£700/day | Inside IR35
