AI agency is seeking an experienced Automation Developer to join a small but growing team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering and collaborate with other Developers to build advanced automation systems using GoHighLevel, Make.com, Retell AI, and VAPI. This is a flexible role, with an opportunity to grow into a core technical partner as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build automations and CRM systems using GoHighLevel
- Create and test workflows in Make.com
- Set up AI Text Agents and Voice Agents (Retell AI, VAPI)
- Troubleshoot and QA all flows before delivery
- Join select discovery calls to scope technical work with potential clients
- Help to design scalable solutions
Requirements:
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel CRM
- Hands-on experience with AI Voice Agent tools (Retell AI, VAPI)
- Proficient with Make.com integrations and API workflows
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas to non-technical clients
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work
