Senior Support Engineer (SQL)
West Sussex
6-month Contract, Outside IR35, Circa £325/day
Very successful manufacturing company located in West Sussex seeking a knowledgeable Support Engineer with strong proficiency in SQL and ERP software.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company\’s information technology infrastructure which includes but is not limited to office computers, networks, Servers, and security systems.
- Creating & maintaining SQL-based reports to provide valuable insights into organizational data.
- Collaborating with various departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Designing efficient SQL queries and producing accurate and visually appealing reports.
- Proactively providing IT & technical support to all staff internally. Managing and maintaining internal databases.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support
- Highly proficient in SQL and ERP software
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience with Crystal Reports.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
