Great opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Project Consultant with excellent customer service experience to support new and existing clients with IT and AV solutions across London. This is a client-facing role combining technical consulting, project coordination, and delivery, with a clear opportunity to develop a career into IT Project Management.

What you'll do:

  • Consult with new and existing clients to understand requirements and recommend IT and AV solutions
  • Support pre-sales activity by answering technical enquiries and attending client viewings when required
  • Act as the link between sales, operations, IT, and clients translating technical detail into clear guidance
  • Quote and coordinate AV and infrastructure solutions, working with internal teams and external contractors
  • Manage and coordinate installations and small fit-out projects for client offices
  • Support larger or more complex client requirements, including managing third-party suppliers
  • Create and maintain user guides and technical documentation for internal and external use
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on pre-sales and project activity to stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • Strong customer service background in a technical or IT-facing role
  • Experience delivering or supporting IT infrastructure, AV, or technology projects
  • Good understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, and on-site IT installations
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Happy working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
