We are working with a well-established insurance organisation seeking an Operational Change Analyst to support operational improvement, automation, and change delivery across the business. This is a broad, varied role ideal for someone with 25 years insurance experience who enjoys improving processes, working with data, and collaborating with stakeholders across different teams. You will work closely with senior operational leadership, helping to identify opportunities for improvement, coordinate change initiatives, and act as a central point of contact for subject matter experts across operations and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for operational improvement
- Supporting and coordinating operational change and automation initiatives
- Acting as a central liaison between operations, data, and technical teams
- Assisting with reporting, documentation, and change tracking
- Supporting onboarding of new processes, tools, and ways of working
- Producing clear analysis, insight, and recommendations
Key Requirements:
- 25 years experience within the insurance industry
- General understanding of insurance operations and processes
