A Digital Platform Specialist is required to join the corporate communications team within a leading financial services organisation. This role will support the ongoing development and optimisation of the organisation's digital communication platforms and plays a key part in delivering high-quality, consistent digital experiences across global audiences. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with 3-6 years of relevant experience (either in-house or agency side) who enjoys working across stakeholders, balancing delivery with continuous improvement and innovation.
The Role
Working closely with senior communications and digital leaders, you will support the management and evolution of the organisation's digital platforms, ensuring they remain effective, engaging and aligned with brand and business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of digital communication platforms including corporate websites, intranet and social media channels.
- Act as a key contact for external digital vendors, agencies and technology partners.
- Providing best practice guidance to internal teams to enable effective, self-serve content publishing.
- Advise stakeholders on platform capability, campaign delivery and digital best practice.
- Support training and knowledge-sharing to improve digital capability across the organisation.
- Track and report on platform performance using analytics and KPIs.
- Benchmark performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, tools and emerging best practice.
About You
You will bring a strong mix of technical capability, communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Key requirements include:
- 3-6 years experience within a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms, digital asset management, analytics tools and social media channels.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities and external partners.
