People Technology Analyst Hybrid | London, City £55,000 to £62,000 plus bonus and benefits A leading global financial services firm is rebuilding how its HR technology works, and needs analysts who want to be hands-on in the middle of it. The platform is Workday today, but this isn't a Workday-only job. The firm is putting an AI layer over the top of its HR systems, which means the platform team now owns the integrations, the data contracts and the interfaces that let agents read from and write to the system of record safely. Config is the starting point, not the whole role. What you'll be doing Hands-on configuration: business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, security roles, custom reports, tenant admin and the bi-annual release cycle Building and maintaining integrations using EIBs, Studio, REST and SOAP APIs and middleware, then monitoring them and fixing them when they break Keeping the agent-facing APIs and data contracts working, so AI agents interact with the platform through governed, secure interfaces rather than around them Administering the security model: role-based security groups, domain policies, access reviews and audit evidence Balancing BAU support with project delivery, and rotating across focus areas over time rather than stay...
