Arc IT Recruitment is a boutique technology and change recruitment consultancy working with some of the UK’s leading financial services and enterprise clients. We’re a small, close-knit team, and we’re looking for an organised, proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join us on a temporary basis and keep our hiring processes running smoothly. Initially this is a short-term contract, however could potentially roll on for significantly longer.
What you’ll be doing
- Arranging interviews between clients and candidates: liaising on availability, confirming details and managing reschedules
- Coordinating busy diaries across the team, clients and candidates
- Managing references
- Writing, posting and managing job adverts across LinkedIn, JobServe and other job boards
- Keeping our ATS up to date with accurate candidate and client records
- Preparing candidate documents and interview briefings
- Supporting with onboarding admin and general recruitment administration
What we’re looking for
- Experience coordination or administration or similar support role (recruitment experience is a real plus)
- Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple diaries and priorities without dropping the ball
- Clear, professional communication, both written and on the phone, with clients and candidates alike
- Confidence using an ATS and Outlook; experience with Loxo or LinkedIn Recruiter is helpful but not essential
- A sharp eye for detail and a can-do attitude
- Available to start yesterday!!
