We are a cocktail bar inspired by New York, located across the North, Midlands and London with three exciting brands – BOX, Manahatta, and Banyan.

The restaurant offers a chic aesthetic and high-quality food and drinks, aiming to deliver the energy and atmosphere of NYC.

Qualifications and Key Requirements

  • Previous experience managing a team in a kitchen.
  • Ability to understand guests’ needs.
  • Experience managing food stock desirable.
  • Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ability to lead and coach a team.
  • Good organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade.
  • Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
