Who are we looking for? We are looking for a hard‑working hospitality professional, with a striking personality, who can lead an amazing Front of House team in this game changing sports bar. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous people management and hospitality experience.
- Experience managing a venue of high volume.
- Ability to understand guests’ needs.
- Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to lead and coach a team.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade.
- Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self‑development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all departments, including Bar and Kitchen.
- Excellent financial acumen.
