We are looking for a passionate and hard-working professional who can support the Head Chef in leading an amazing kitchen team in this stylish cocktail bar.
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in a high volume kitchen
- Desire to deliver and exceed guestexpectations.
- Ability to lead and coach a team.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to adaptdepending on the level of trade.
- Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
