Who are we looking for? We are looking for a passionate and hard-working professional who can lead an amazing kitchen team in this stylish cocktail bar. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience managing a team in a kitchen.
  • Ability to understand guest’s needs.
  • Experience managing food stock desirable.
  • Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ability to lead and coach a team.
  • Good organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade.
  • Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
