Responsibilities
- Lead an amazing kitchen team in a glamorous, New York-inspired cocktail bar.
- Ensure guest needs are understood and expectations are exceeded.
- Manage food stock and contribute to cost control where applicable.
- Lead and coach the team with strong organisation and communication.
- Adapt to varying levels of trade and communicate effectively with all departments.
- Uphold service standards and contribute to delivering our brand promises.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a team in a kitchen.
- Ability to understand guest needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Experience managing food stock; cost awareness is desirable.
- Strong leadership, coaching, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different levels of trade and learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
