Banyan are searching for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our amazing team! Proud winners of Best New Site at the Publican Awards 2025! Arc Inspirations is a successful bar group, currently operating across the North and Midlands, with three exciting brands – BOX, Manahatta, and Banyan – across 18 venues. Banyan is a stylish and vibrant cocktail bar and kitchen. We are the natural meeting place, whatever the occasion or celebration, our guests know they will have a great time at Banyan. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional who can support the Front of House Manager in leading an amazing Floor team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a Floor team and be passionate about delivering ‘Nobody Does It Better’ service to guests, whilst caring about every single one of our team members.
