We are looking for an experienced, hard‑working hospitality professional, with a vibrant personality, who can lead an amazing team in this glamorous, New York inspired cocktail bar.
The ideal candidate will have: Proven people management and hospitality experience.
Experience leading a team in a venue of high volume.
Ability to understand guest’s needs.
Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
Ability to lead and coach a team.
Good organisation and communication skills.
Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade.
Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
Excellent financial acumen.
Key responsibilities You’ll be responsible for driving sales, leading the team, and making sure every guest has a fantastic experience.
Some other key responsibilities include: Lead, motivate and develop a team that focuses on the needs of the guest.
Oversee daily operations, recruitment, and overall site performance.
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Drive sales through promotions, events, and memorable guest experiences.
Maintain high standards of service, food and drink quality, cleanliness and compliance.
Oversee induction and training processes in your site.
