Who are we looking for? We are looking for a hard-working hospitality professional and sports fanatic, with a striking personality, who can support the General Manager in leading an amazing team in this game changing sports bar. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous people management and hospitality experience.
- Experience leading a team in a venue of high volume.
- Ability to understand guest’s needs.
- Strong up to date knowledge of major sports, leagues, and events.
- Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to lead and coach a team.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade.
- Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
- Excellent financial acumen.
