Arc Inspirations is a successful bar group with 20 venues across the UK, operating three distinctive brands: BOX, Manahatta, and Banyan. From brunch to late-night parties, we deliver unforgettable experiences, exceptional food and drink, and standout service. We’ve recently been recognised at the 2022 Publican Awards for Best Managed Pub Company and awarded Best New Bar (BOX Nottingham). We’re expanding fast — and BOX is at the heart of that growth.

Our BOX sports bar and kitchen brings the very best of live sport and entertainment to our customers in Leeds city centre, Headingley, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Sheffield, and the brand‑new BOX Piccadilly (London) opening end of October. This venue provides our guests with a premium environment to watch live sport, play shuffleboard and electric darts, and party with our live band and DJs.

Role Overview

This role is primarily focused on the BOX brand, running marketing campaigns, events and activations. You’ll live and breathe sports and can bring your knowledge to help drive this unique brand forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Guardian: Ensure consistency across all marketing materials, on‑brand tone, and creative output.
  • Campaigns & Events: Plan and deliver marketing around key fixtures, promotions, and seasonal events (e.g., new menus, Christmas, major tournaments).
  • Project Management: Brief and manage design, digital, and ops teams to execute marketing plans across social, email, in‑venue, and web.
  • POS & In‑Venue Marketing: Oversee print ordering, digital screen scheduling, and weekly site communications for BOX venues.
  • Local Marketing: Support local events, partnerships, and initiatives across all sites.
  • Sports Scheduling: Manage weekly broadcast fixture briefs and supporting content.
  • Insights & Planning: Conduct market and consumer research to guide strategic thinking.
  • Event Support: Assist the Marketing Director with key Banyan events, including Bottomless events and site‑specific activities.

Skills & Experience Required

Passion for sport (especially football) and solid knowledge of UK/global fixtures and players across football, rugby, F1, boxing, UFC, cricket, NFL.

  • Circa 2+ years’ experience in marketing, with hands‑on planning and campaign execution across digital, CRM, social and in‑site.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to brief and collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Copywriting skills and creative flair.
  • (Preferred) Hospitality or retail marketing experience.
  • (Preferred) Degree in Marketing, Sport Marketing, Communications or similar.

Location

This role is based at our head office in Headingley, Leeds but you will also work from our BOX venues when required, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
