Job Description
We are currently looking for an Administration Officer to join our Northam-based team on a full-time basis.
The Role
The Administration Officer plays a key role in managing the office environment; including document control, correspondence, processing invoices, taking meeting minutes, contract administration, filing and other general administrative/secretarial duties.
About You
- Proven experience in office administration/secretarial work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively, both autonomously and in a team
- Good computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Word & Excel
- An outgoing personality and professional integrity
- Current WA driver’s licence
