Arc is on the lookout for experienced Hospitality Bar and Catering Assistants to join our dynamic team at the ROYAL WELSH SHOW! This is a unique camping event, so bring your own tent and sleeping bag for an unforgettable experience.
The Royal Welsh Show is the pinnacle event in the British agricultural calendar, featuring four days packed with livestock and equine competitions, forestry, horticulture, crafts, countryside sports, shopping, food and drink, and a 12-hour daily programme of exciting entertainment, attractions, and displays!

What We’re Looking For As A Hospitality Bar Person:
- Previous hospitality and/or bar experience – pubs, bars, restaurants, festivals, events, or other hospitality venues
- Confidence preparing drinks including alcoholic beverages, serving customers, and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
What We’re Looking For As A Catering Assistant:
- Previous retail catering experience – pubs, restaurants, festivals, events, or other hospitality venues
- Confidence preparing hot/cold food orders, serving customers, and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving food from high-volume festival catering facilities
- Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
- Keeping queues moving and spirits high
- Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
