Arc is hiring experienced Festival Bar and Catering Assistants to join our team for Blackweir Live 2025 - a series of live music events with the likes of Alanis Morrissette, Noah Kahan, Slayer and the legendary Stevie Wonder.
If you’re a confident retail caterer and bar person, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves the buzz of live music events, we want you on our team!

What We’re Looking For As A Festival Caterer:
- Previous retail catering experience – festivals, events, or other hospitality venues
- Confidence preparing hot food, serving customers, and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
What We’re Looking For As A Festival Bar Person:
- Previous retail bar experience – festivals, events, or other hospitality venues
- Confidence preparing drinks orders, serving customers, and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving food from high-volume festival catering facilities
