Arc is hiring experienced Festival Bar and Catering Assistants to join our team for Blackweir Live 2025 - a series of live music events with the likes of Alanis Morrissette, Noah Kahan, Slayer and the legendary Stevie Wonder.

What We’re Looking For As A Festival Caterer:

  • Previous retail catering experience – festivals, events, or other hospitality venues
  • Confidence preparing hot food, serving customers, and working at speed
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • A positive attitude and great customer service skills

What We’re Looking For As A Festival Bar Person:

  • Previous retail bar experience – festivals, events, or other hospitality venues
  • Confidence preparing drinks orders, serving customers, and working at speed
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • A positive attitude and great customer service skills
  • Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!
