Are you an experienced Kitchen Porter looking for flexible work? Arc hospitality is seeking dedicated individuals with at least 12 months of experience to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Role Description:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Wash and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support the kitchen team with various tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Kitchen Porter
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
• Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
• Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
• Keeping queues moving and spirits high
• Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
