Arc is hiring experienced bar staff to join our team for this one-of-a-kind event.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
  • Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
  • Friendly, reliable, and a team player
  • Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
  • A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serving drinks from high-volume event bars
  • Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
  • Keeping queues moving and spirits high
  • Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
