Experienced Chefs Needed for events in Carlisle area
OVERVIEW
We are recruiting chefs to work at racecourses and event days in Yorkshire. The sites feature a variety of kitchens, from fine dining banqueting to buffets for up to 200 people.
You will work as part of a chef brigade to ensure successful service under the guidance of your lead chef, primarily working on A section and assisting where needed.
Experience in large-scale banqueting is preferable, but candidates with a minimum of 3 years of chef experience in fast-paced environments are encouraged to apply. Hardworking, skilled chefs with positive attitudes are always welcome.
Pay varies by client, with the most common rate being above.
Additionally, you can choose to work at other venues and events, enjoying the flexibility to select your shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Cook to specifications and contribute to menu creation.
