Live concert season is coming to Oxfordshire, and we are building our experienced bar team for the Blenheim Palace Festival 2026. Taking place across late June and early July, this iconic series features huge headline shows.
Arc is hiring experienced Bar Staff to be part of these major outdoor concerts at one of the UK’s most prestigious venues. If you are confident behind the bar, thrive in a fast paced environment, and want to be part of world class live music events, we want you on the team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars
- Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
- Keeping queues moving and spirits high
- Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar experience – pubs, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
- Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
