Your Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high‑quality dishes to a consistently high standard
- Take responsibility for your designated section during service
- Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, allergen, and HACCP standards
- Adapt quickly to different kitchens while delivering consistent quality
- Perform efficiently in fast‑paced environments and meet service deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years’ professional chef experience, including experience working as a Chef de Partie
- A passion for producing high‑quality food
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety, allergens, and HACCP procedures
- Level 2 or Level 3 Food Safety Certificate
- The right to work in the UK
- A reliable, professional, and flexible approach
