As a Lead Relief Chef, you’ll step into key positions and deliver consistently excellent service. You’ll be expected to:
- Lead and support kitchen teams across a variety of venues
- Maintain high culinary standards and presentation under pressure
- Ensure smooth service during busy race days, corporate events, weddings, and hotel service
- Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and teams
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and compliance at all times

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Cook to specification and opportunity for menu creation
- Product Delivery, Standards and Innovation
- Cleaning the kitchen & its equipment
- Due diligence, Record food/fridge temps & wastage
- Liaising with Front of House Staff and Management
- Stock Control, Waste Management and Finance
- Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Maintenance
- Be aware of and adhere to Health and Safety at Work, COSHH and other legislation at all times

What you need:
- Food Safety Level 2 certificate - From last 3 years
- Food Allergen certificate - From last 3 years
- Health & Safety Level 2 - From last 3 years
- You will have an NVQ Level 2/3 Professional Cookery or relevant experience in the role
- Good Knowledge of food and passion for delivering high quality, affordable, on-the-go and sit-down meals
- Eligible to work in the UK
- An eagerness to work hard & enthusiasm for your role
