Be part of the team behind Candlelight Concerts across Scotland. Arc is hiring General Assistants to join our team for Candlelight Concerts at beautiful venues across Scotland. If you're confident in a customer-facing role, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of live events, we want you on our team!
What you'll be doing:
- Setting up event spaces before guests arrive
- Checking tickets and welcoming guests
- Directing guests to their seats
- Assisting with drinks service where required
- Supporting with stage and event setup, including some manual handling
- Helping ensure the event runs smoothly from start to finish
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or similar is desirable
- Confident interacting with guests and providing excellent customer service
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Comfortable with a varied role that may include manual handling
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
